You don’t need someone who only waits for instructions.

You need someone who can understand how the business works, recognize what needs attention, keep information organized, follow through on priorities, and communicate early when something is blocked. That is where I work best.

Selected Work & Results

Business problems, not just task lists.

These examples show how I approach operational gaps: understand the business context first, then improve the process, customer flow, and visibility around it.

Case Study 01 · Landscaping
From expensive lead generation to a stronger focus on higher-value work
~4 → ~8 jobs/monthby Month 5, with ~2–3 jobs/week by Month 6

Before

The business was spending roughly $700–$1,000/month on lead generation while many jobs were still small, typically around $300–$800. The team had only 4–5 people, limited equipment, and a wide range of possible services, so simply pushing for more leads was not automatically the right answer.

What I Did

I spent the first three months studying ad performance, demand, requested services, project value, seasonality, competitors, team capacity, and equipment limitations. The goal shifted from chasing raw lead volume to understanding which work the existing team could deliver profitably.

After

Monthly jobs rose from about 4 to 8 by Month 5. By Month 6, the business was closing roughly 2–3 jobs per week, increasingly prioritizing larger projects in the $4,000–$5,000 range with occasional work around $8,000, while gaining about 2–3 months of forward booking visibility.

Case Study 02 · Home Cleaning
After-hours missed inquiries became an immediate customer-response flow
Immediate responsewithout requiring the owner to answer every inquiry live

Before

The owner was also working a full-time hospital housekeeping job. Missed calls during work hours or after hours could turn into lost same-day or next-day cleaning opportunities before she had a chance to respond.

What I Implemented

I strengthened local discovery through Google Maps, added an immediate automated text response, configured a personalized AI assistant for common questions such as availability, rates, and scheduling, and connected the customer flow to calendar booking.

After

Inquiries could receive an immediate response, common questions could be handled automatically, and prospective customers could move toward scheduling while the owner was still at work instead of waiting for a manual callback.

Home-Cleaning Inquiry → Booking Workflow

What this solved: missed inquiries when the owner was unavailable to answer manually.

Sanitized workflow
01Customer InquiryCall or local-discovery inquiry enters the customer flow.
02Immediate SMSThe customer receives an acknowledgement instead of waiting for a callback.
03AI AssistanceCommon questions about availability, rates, and service are handled.
04Calendar StepQualified interest can move directly toward a scheduling option.
05Booking VisibilityThe owner can see the resulting appointment rather than reconstructing missed conversations later.

Customer-service discipline plus systems thinking.

Technology changes. The need for accurate records, strong follow-through, responsive customer support, and reliable operations does not.

Executive & Operations Support · UAE · 2014–2016

28 months supporting the business owner while handling procurement and document control

I progressed from Document Controller to Procurement Officer, then was entrusted to serve as the owner’s direct secretary while continuing both procurement and document-control responsibilities. The role required organization, discretion, follow-through, and managing overlapping executive and operational priorities.

Customer Operations

11+ years in high-volume customer support environments

Experience across healthcare, telecommunications, cable, utilities, and mortgage-related work, including environments handling roughly 80–100 customer interactions per day.

CRM & Business Systems

Independent operations and CRM work

Since transitioning into independent work, I have supported businesses with CRM implementation, workflow improvement, automation, reporting, customer journeys, operational processes, and team training.

How I Work

Reliable execution with operational awareness.

01 · Document

Keep knowledge visible.

Important information should not live only in someone’s memory. I document processes, statuses, decisions, and next actions.

02 · Follow Through

Close the loop.

Tasks need an owner, a status, a deadline, and a next action—not another reminder floating in chat.

03 · Escalate Early

Surface risk before it grows.

If something is delayed, blocked, unclear, or needs a decision, I communicate it before it becomes an emergency.

04 · Improve

Look behind repeated problems.

When the same issue keeps happening, I look at the process behind it instead of treating every occurrence as a one-off task.

Systems & Tools

Comfortable inside the systems that run a business.

I am comfortable learning new software. The tools may change from company to company; the operational principles behind them usually do not.

How We’d Work Together

A simple path from introduction to ownership.

The goal is to reduce hiring anxiety: understand the role, learn the business, take responsibility, then improve what makes sense once the context is clear.

STEP 01

Intro Conversation

We discuss the role, schedule, responsibilities, tools, communication style, and where support is most needed.

STEP 02

Alignment & Onboarding

I learn your systems, priorities, existing processes, documentation, and how decisions are made.

STEP 03

Take Ownership

I begin handling agreed responsibilities, tracking follow-ups, documenting work, and escalating issues appropriately.

STEP 04

Improve as I Learn

Once I understand the business, I can identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve visibility, and reduce repetitive work.
